The Top Vein Center in Nevada

Las Vegas Vein was established in 2006 as the first full-time vein clinic in Las Vegas.  Dr. Thomas S. Parisi MD FACP DABVLM RPhS, a Certified Diplomate from the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine, has been with Las Vegas Vein since its inception and has performed over 30,000 venous ablations. He performs a variety of procedures including Radiofrequency, VenaSeal, and Laser (EVLT).       Las Vegas Vein also is a teaching site for local medical universities.

Las Vegas Vein is Nevada’s Only Nationally Award-Winning, Accredited Vein Center. It is important to know that all other clinics in Nevada are not accredited. Other clinics also do not provide Total Vein Care as they do not complete the process including sclerotherapy, phlebotomy, or cutaneous skin surgery. They will claim it is not covered by insurance but that is false.  Our accreditation proves that we do provide total vein care and have been for over 16 years. We treat each patient like family, and our compassionate, professional staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of care possible.

What does Total Vein Care entail?  It begins with a thorough history and physical as well as any information you feel is important.  Our treatments can help with restless legs syndrome, discoloration or darkening of the lower legs, swelling of legs, swelling of feet, cramping (even into the thigh), lymphedema, wound care, and leg pain.  If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, contact us today as your symptoms will only worsen.

All evaluations are noninvasive which means no needles or large scanners.  Just ultrasound so you should be comfortable at all times.      We also have a dedicated vein coordinator so there are only a few people will be involved in your care so it is more customized.  Once found to have venous reflux, we offer treatments using Radiofrequency, LASER, MOCA, as well as sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy, and cutaneous skin surgery.

Lastly, all treatments are covered by medical insurance if a covered benefit.  For those patients that may need financial help, Care Credit is available. Care Credit is a nationwide company that will extend a credit line to patients who qualify which covers all costs and may be paid over time (12-18 months) with no interest.  It can be coordinated with your HSA (see blog).
